Job Title: Regional HR Coordinator
Employer: Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation –Uganda
Location: Rwenzori, Uganda
Duties:
The Regional HR Coordinator develops and monitors the implementation of HR regional plan and budget, monitor the implementation of Performance Management system, monitor the recruitment & selection process as well as implementing the induction and placement, review and implement the Baylor Uganda Staff training & development strategy, design, maintain and update an HR regional database and manage the clock in & out time system in alignment to the leave and out of office information in the region, review and monitor the implementation of employee relations, Health and safety, leave management and welfare procedures, develop and maintain partnerships with the district personnel stakeholders, Conduct periodic Talent audits and develop succession plans, prepare monthly and quarterly reports in regard to the regional human resource management issues
Education
Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology or MBA(Human Resource ) or a Degree in Human Resource management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a relevant post graduate qualification
Experience
The candidate must have at least three (3) years working experience in managing a corporate function, performance driven programs, managing the change process with a reputable NGO.
