Job Title: Software Developer (2 Jobs)
Employer: Uganda National Bureau of Standards and REN Publishers Limited (UNBS E-Tag Service)
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Duties:
· In charge of reviewing current systems
· Presenting ideas for the system improvement,
· Working closely with analysts, designers and staff
· Responsible for the creation and implementation of specifications
· In charge of testing the product in control, real situations before going live
· Preparation of training manuals for users
· Maintaining the system once they are up and running.
Education: The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information technology, Information systems or related fields from a recognized University.
Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience in developing web applications. Experience in building and deploying web apps using JavaScript, PHP and JAVA. Previous experience working with HTML and CSS
