Job Title:           Credit Supervisor - WASH Project
Employer: Finance Trust Bank (FTB)
Location:  Kampala, Uganda

Duties:
Support, monitor and supervise the performance of WASH Credit Officers in all branches
Identify new business opportunities and grow the existing relationships for WASH loans
Prepare on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, reports for new WASH loan portfolio, sales and recoveries.
Regularly monitor and follow up on resolutions of WASH customer service issues in the branches prepare and submit a weekly report to Credit Manager Consumer.
Ensure daily review of WASH loans in arrears, expected payments and effectively follow-up for timely collection.
Carry out regular review of active WASH loans and identify early warning signals and take corrective actions in line with the credit policy and procedures.
Ensure follow up and compliance with any post disbursement conditions and covenants for WASH loans e.g. further charges, caveats, turnover covenants, payment of insurance policies, etc.

Education:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, accounting, Finance or any other related discipline gained from a reputable University.

Experience
A minimum of three years of related experience in the position of Credit Officer in a financial institution.

Job Title:        Field Base Officer
Employer: Danish Refugee Council (DRC)
Location: Uganda

Duties
Ensure the smooth running of the assigned base(s) including staff supervision, security, maintenance and liaison with landlords,   contractors and suppliers
Ensure completion of establishment and implementation of procedures, and policies in each support areas for logistics, finance and HR.
Supervise all financial activities to ensure all cash management needs, reporting deadlines and internal and external audit requirements are met
Provide logistical support including managing the supply chain, vehicles, assets, IT and communication equipment and warehouse.
Work closely with the camp logisticians to ensure that all the vehicles assigned to the camps are well monitored and tracked.
Submit to the logistics for review at the end of each month, the fleet performance. (Fuel consumption, maintenance, running cots, etc.)
Ensure accurate and efficient procedures are maintained in logistics, particularly in the areas of procurement, storage and transportation
To implement DRC chapter 15 for assets and equipment management procedures are adhere to.
Responsible of tracking DRC assets in conjunction with camp logisticians and procurement team to ensure that the assets are well tracked and managed.
To follow up and ensure that the camp logisticians submit the monthly asset record on time.

Education
The ideal candidate for the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) Field Base Officer job placement must hold a High school diploma with qualifications and experience in areas such as fleet management, assets and inventory management, or logistic operations/management, supply chain management, etc.
Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, etc...)
Fluency in spoken and written English

Job Title:      Warehouse Officer
Employer: Uganda Health Marketing Group (UHMG)
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Duties:
Assist the Head of Stores and Operations in maintaining accurate records of all receipts and dispatches of products at the warehouse.
Keenly monitor and maintain the warehouse storage conditions in accordance with NDA set guidelines and UHMG approved procedures.
Ensure the safety and security requirements of both the products and warehouse staff are strictly adhered to at all times.
Ensure logical placement of inventories with the warehouse in a fashion that optimizes warehouse space utilization while easing customer order processing.
Oversee the receipt of all inbound inventory in accordance with UHMG approved procedures.
Routinely update and maintain an accurate record of all inventory within the warehouse
Keep track of product consumption rates and share with the supervisor monthly consumption reports.
Supervise the picking and dispatching of customer orders in a timely fashion in accordance with FEFO principle of inventory management.
Offer timely support in the supervision of the secondary packaging of UHMG products at locations of the sub-contracted packaging companies and reconcile batch wise, the returned products against delivered raw-materials.
Organize and supervise weekly inventory cycle counts and resolve any emerging variances.
Participate in the monthly inventory stock counts.

Education:
The ideal candidate for the UHMG Warehouse Officer job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a Procurement and Logistics or a Bachelors Degree in Commerce with a bias in Logistics.  Possession of a Medical qualification would be an added advantage.

Experience
One year of experience in Stores and Warehouse management is a must.
Broad knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical products and other allied health care products.
Be a Self-starter, focused, disciplined, have the drive and dynamism to work under pressure with competing deadlines, and possess the ability to make an immediate impact.
Excellent communication, advocacy, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical and result-oriented skills, experience in managing customers, and have the ability to discern and identify potential customers for the organizations’ products.
