Job title: Sales Executives
Employer: Ovidian Uganda
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Duties
The purpose of this job is to develop and enhance the sales portfolio of Ovidian products and services in Uganda through business development and customer engagement.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Build strong relationships while negotiating with customers on product specifications, distribution and delivery deadlines.
Develop new business in all sectors of the Uganda market and grow the customer base.
Have precise understanding and abilities of quote/order/ re-order system in order to maintain, plan optimum sales for projects.
Participate in the development and maintenance of marketing materials, field communications and sales support materials.
Run sales promotions and execution of marketing campaigns.
Involve management in the development of winning sales plan to capture targeted accounts and/or opportunities.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

Education
A higher Diploma in Marketing from a reputable institution
A graduate degree in Marketing or other relevant field is an added advantage

Experience
At least two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing in a similar environment Specifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills
Presentation and reporting skills
