Job Title:     Project Head - Recruitment
Employer: Q-Sourcing Limited
Location: Kampala, Uganda


Duties:
Formulate the Recruitment Strategy, giving careful consideration to the overall business plan of Q-Sourcing, best practice, and cost effectiveness.
Keenly monitor the Implementation of the recruitment procedure in line with the clients’ need and ensure its compliance as well as meeting the QSL performances standards.
Handle all related recruitments in a cost effective manner and within business timelines in line with the Q-Sourcing approved recruitment budget.
Ensure prudent budget control and value for money through costs and expenditure project analysis.
Ensure recruitment work plans and budgets are prepared timely for review and approval
Follow-up on placed candidates and design strategies for repeat business
Responsible for invoicing and follow-up on client’s payment
Enhance employee productivity by creating measurable matrices/ KPIs
Ensure compliance with both local and international labour laws.
Being a coach and mentor for QSL recruitment team
Accountable for all revenue and profitability targets for the recruitment enterprise unit
Business Sourcing:

Education
The ideal candidate for the Project Head - Recruitment job placement should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Industry and Organisational Psychology.
Qualifications in Project Management in PRINCE2 or similar project management methodologies added advantage

Experience
A minimum of four years of recruitment experience with vast knowledge in using internet based recruitment platforms
A minimum of two years’ experience in general HR functions is a MUST.
Membership to HR professional body such as (MCIPD, SHRM, etc.)
HR Industry and consulting business awareness
High degree of business and or professional networks
Good leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent people/interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent organizational skills.
Expert knowledge of the Uganda labour laws and familiarity with the International Labour laws
Competent in report writing

Experience:
