Job Title:    IT Intern

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•         The incumbent will be providing end-user training and support
•         In charge of ICT administration.
•         Responsible for asset management.
•         Provide ICT services quality assurance.
•         Offer helpdesk ICT technical support.
•         Data Backups and server management.

Qualifications:
•         The ideal candidate for the Concern Worldwide Intern should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related IT Degree.
•         Knowledge of PC, network architecture and cabling systems: Windows 2008/2012 server, Windows 7/10, cloud computing, Ethernet, TCP/IP protocols and other Microsoft products.
•         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•         Knowledge of relational databases e.g. SQL.
•         Ability to manage multiple tasks and good team worker.

Job Title: Child Sponsorship and Development Assistant

Employer: World Vision International

Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in planning and budgeting, preparation of work plans, implementation of planned activities and monitoring/ reporting of progress.
Actively facilitate and monitor the implementation of planned activities and community level engagements.
Mobilize and facilitate the engagements of stakeholders during planning and development meetings, workshops and other fora.
Monitoring of RC in line with partnership standards.
Ensure RC records and files are well managed and stored securely.
Support RCs to correspond with sponsors in a timely manner.
Facilitate processing of all special mails; Christmas cards, Spontaneous letters, APR, introductory letters within partnership standard..

Qualifications:
The prospective World Vision Child Sponsorship and Development Assistant employee should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Entrepreneurship or Education from a recognized Institution of higher learning. Possession of a post graduate qualification in a relevant field is an added advantage.
One year of experience in Development work attained from an International NGO, with sound understanding of programming.
Able to ride a Motor Cycle with a clean riders permit-class A
Able to communicate in the local language of the program area
Prior experience in documentation and evidence based/impact reporting
