The position reports to the Financial Controller


Job Description

Reconciling daily Sales volumes to system
Run, verify and analyze daily sales reports
Assist in determining product costs
Regular Inventory adjustments
Reconcile all raw materials to finished goods
Regular stock valuation and reporting
Sales reporting analysis, and Process Flow Management.
Manage monthly financial close process for production based on available plans while overseeing adherence to a monthly close calendar to ensure that financial statements are complete, accurate and timely.
Identify and highlight significant and / or sales accounting issues as soon as possible.
Oversee and contribute to the preparation of production related information for financial statements (P&Ls, Statement of Financial Position, and Statements of cash Flows) and all other reports required.
Perform any other duty which may be assigned.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration with a focus in accounting or finance
Professional qualification in Accountancy i.e. ACCA, CPA- Level two and above
Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience
Minimum 3 years related experience.

Job Summary: The Community Relations Officer will be tasked with enrolling 30 or more people into the program.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Grassroots sensitization of people who need the poverty alleviation program.
·         Enrollment of the people into the program.
·         Act as a liaison and provide support between the people and the office.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
·         The applicant must be educated with great communication skills
·         Available to coordinate a grassroots campaign with the aim of enrolling people into the initiative.
·         Previous experience in field sales or other grassroots related experience such as charity work, church outreach or political campaigns.

Compensations:
·         UGX 40, 000 per enrollment (UGX 1 million if you enroll 25 people).
·         Free Computer Tablet with free Shareholder certificate if you enroll 25 people.
·         Free Raffle ticket to win a car if you enroll 30 people or more.
