Job Title:  Program Officer

Job Title:    Program Officers (9 Jobs)

Job Title:              Data Field Officer (3 Entry-Level Jobs)

Job Title:      Project Specialist (SCM East Africa Corridor)

The Project Specialist (SCM East Africa Corridor) will primarily develop business intelligence reports in order to collect data using existing information systems, including Umoja, and analyse supply chain management data related to the implementation of an end-to-end supply chain management for a limited set of commodities commonly used by the peacekeeping missions of the EAC and improve the overall performance of the supply chain.

Possession of PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is required and SCOR certification is desirable.

Experience
At least five years of professional experience in project management, supply chain management, and/or business process analysis and engineering is required.
Operational experience in managing large scale projects in multi-party setting is required.
Proven experience in managing teams is desirable.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
Diverse knowledge of technologies and methodologies, such as industry standard business analysis tools and enterprise resource planning systems, as well as a strong understanding of supply chain management and related approaches, is highly desirable.
Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Fluency in one or more official UN languages is desirable.

Job title: Project Assistant - Education

Job Title:       MEAL Coordinator

Job Summary: The MEAL Coordinator will serve as the overall technical lead on MEAL activities. The Emergency Food Security and Livelihoods Officer will support the  assessment, design, planning, setting-up and implementation of the EFSVL component of the response programme in accordance with SPHERE and OXFAM program quality standards;
The incumbent will also identify EFSVL response options against context, scenario and programme objectives, and provide guidance and support for appropriate response and map the links to longer-term programming.
The EFSVL Officer shall train and lead livelihoods staff and partners in EFSVL assessments, situational analysis and response option identification as appropriate.
The jobholder will also coordinate partner-led EFSVL responses, and ensure flexible modalities for ways of working that builds on partner capacity and experience.
The incumbent will work in liaison with the Program Quality and Learning Coordinator to put in place robust MEAL systems for EFSVL; and to ensure M&E findings are timely fed back to inform adjustments in programming.
The jobholder represents Oxfam programme on EFSVL issues particularly at local/district government level in relevant EFSVL cluster coordination groups including Cash Working Group, and liaises with other INGOs, UN and INGOs.
