Job Title 3 Heavy Commercial Technicians

Employer: Cooper Motor Corporation Uganda Limited

Location: Kampala, Uganda

Duties
Diagonise the source of trouble and determining the extent of repairs required
Repair. rebuild or overhaul major assemblies of automotive related equipment
Carry out all periodic maintenance services and repairs on vehicles, trucks/tractors/ buses
Carry out jobs to the manufacturers recommended levels Of work manship and standards.
implement safety precautions in all aspects of their job,
Keep his /her work area and tools neat. clean 8: orderly.
interpret & implement technical service instructions and manuals
Ensure proper handling delivery and storage of replaced, / old / damaged parts (chargeable and, or under warranty),
Complete the allotted jobs within standard operation time, so as to achieve efficiency
Keen to learn and develop his knowledge about modern vehicle troubleshooting of complex systems.
Experience, Qualifications and Training Required
Exceptionally high electricians skills to solve complex problems of afc and electrical systems, -To use computer based diagnostic tools to full extent.
To have potential skills, of computer, for development and utilization

Education
Possession of a Certificate Craft 2 Level; Diploma in Auto Engineering is an added advantage
Ability to comprehend English language & basic maths‘
Special Skill to work as a technician on modem, complex vehicles .
Ability to learn and analyse automotive technology concepts
job holder should understand the various features and requirements of all models.
Job holder should be well versed with brief functions, minor repairs and maintenance requirement of different models.
Capable to understand organizations objectives and develop the customer care attitude, which should be visible in all the areas of his job.

Job Title:     Cooler Technician
Employer:  Century Bottling Company (Uganda)
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Century Bottling Company (Uganda) is recruiting a Cooler Technician

Duties :
Be responsible for repair arid maintenance of coolers and ice plants.
Be responsible for Daily operational monitoring and servicing of coolers.
Document and implement all daily, weekly and monthly maintenance records in line with our TCCQS, HACCP and MDWT requirements.
Handle all mechanical breakdowns and rectify breakdowns.
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Education: The applicant should preferably hold an Ordinary/Higher Diploma (Refrigeration and Air conditioning or its equivalent)

Experience: One year of experience in a related field of work preferably an FMCG
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word computer applications.
Possess good planning, organizing, analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Must be able to work under minimum supervision.

Job Title:    Technician (3 Job Vacancies)
Employer: Parliamentary Commission
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Duties;
•         Appoint, promote and exercise disciplinary control over persons holding public office in Parliament;
•         Review the terms and conditions of service, standing orders, training and qualifications of persons holding office in Parliament;
•         Provide a Parliamentary reporting service;
•         Provide such other staff and facilities as are required to ensure efficient functioning of the Parliament;
•         To cause to be prepared in each financial year, estimates of revenue and expenditure for the next financial year; and
•         Make recommendations to Parliament, or with the approval of Parliament, determine the allowances payable and privileges available to the Speaker and Members of Parliament.

Qualifications:
•         The applicant must hold an Honours Bachelors of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or Computer Science from a recognized university/institution
•         Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
•         Excellent documentation skills
•         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•         Ability to work in a team
•         Ability to work under minimum supervision
•         Age: 21 years and above
