Job Title:   Operations Coordinator

Salary: 2750 € (gross) / month

Duties:
Actively contribute to the definition of programmatic strategy
Tasked with coordinating and leading on project proposal development
Leading on external reporting including effective monitoring and support for donor compliance
Responsible for networking and representation of HI as relevant
Overseeing the progress, relevance and quality of programmes implemented through ensuring and implementing effective monitoring and quality assurance frameworks with a strong focus on LRRD
Team Management

Experience
The ideal candidate for the Handicap International Operations Coordinator job opportunity should have at least three years’ experience in a senior NGO programme position preferably within both emergency and development set up
Previous experience with Handicap International is an added advantage
Advanced planning, assessment, analytical, leadership and management skills
Skills and experience in funding proposal development
Previous experience in dealing with donors
Strong working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Excellent networking capacities
Good communication capacities
Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in Microsoft applications

Job Benefits:
Salary: 2750 € (gross) / month regarding the experience of the candidate
Perdiem: 517 (net)
