Job Title: Trainer
Employer: Infinix
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Duties:
Identify individual and organizational training needs through job analysis and performance of the staff.
The jobholder will design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs
Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment
Actively participate in product development projects and facilitate product education for all staff
Develop effective induction programs and regularly conduct refresher training
The jobholder will also manage the delivery of training and development programs
Keenly monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
Organize training venues and logistics as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
Education:
The applicant for the Infinix Trainer job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or technical course
Experience
At least two years of training experience particularly handling training.
