Job Title:        Field Officer SEEP

Location: Uganda

Duties:
Mobilizes potential clients for participation in project activities.
Sensitizes potential clients on the objectives of the project and its implementation modalities.
Supervises the formation of groups.
Trains clients on savings and loan policies and procedures.
Manages the loan processing exercise.
Disburses loans.
Supervises the loan collection exercise on a weekly basis.
Supervises the savings mobilization exercise.
Keenly monitors clients’ business enterprises to ensure proper utilization of loan funds.
Builds and nurtures linkages with partner institutions that can offer training and advisory services to clients.
Prepares periodic management reports for submission to Head Office.

Education:
The ideal candidate should preferable hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or other related field.

Experience
At least two years’ experience in the implementation of Micro-Finance activities at community level
