Job Title:      Receiving Supervisor
Employer: HMH-Rainbow Ltd.
Location: Uganda

Duties:
Tasked with receiving the birds.
Supervising and training receiving staff
Ensure all people are around for easy work.
Ensure that the work station is cleaned after work.
Ensure that all birds are put in the crates and are counted.
Ensure all the chicken is clean, no feathers and the chicken is good for human consumption.
Should know the number and the weights of the birds received
Ensure proper training for the new staff.
Perform any other roles as assigned from time to time

Education:
The applicant should at least hold a Diploma in Animal Production with experience in an FMCG environment
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Highly organized and flexible
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Numeric Literacy and ability to work for long hours and at night
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Keen attention to details
Ability to work calmly under pressure and within a big dynamic team
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a complex workload and work to tight deadlines
Good time management skills
