Job Title:       Administrative Assistant
Employer: Oxfam
Location: Uganda

Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will primarily support the logistics operations with a particular focus on fleet, procurement and adequate stewardship of agency resources (Assets); implement and document Oxfam standard procedures and practices of purchasing, and promote accountability of resources and, facilitate provision of HR, administrative and other support services.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Oxfam Administrative Assistant job placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Previous exposure and experience preferably with a non-profit organization
