Job Title:    Programme Support Officer

About Concern:
Concern Worldwide is recruiting a Programme Support Officer who will support the Concern project teams in Karamoja especially RWANU in the monitoring, implementation and evaluation of activities.

Duties
·         Support the KABP surveys on the Mother Care Groups, Male Change Agents and Health Facility components of the programme.
·         Work closely with Concern M&E and ACDI/VOCA M&E Department to maximise the benefits of data collection and analysis across RWANU.
·         Collect data for potential case studies, taking progress monitoring photos.
·         Conduct data collection directly or in conjunction with project and local staff as required.
·         Filed supervision of the enumerators during surveys.


Education: The applicant for the USAID RWANU Programme Support Officer career opportunity should preferably hold a University Degree in development related disciplines.
·         The applicant should also hold a relevant diploma and or short courses in Monitoring and Evaluation.

Experience: At least three years of practical experience working with an International NGO in position of Officer, preferably within M/E setting.
·         Previous exposure and experience in Nutrition & WASH M+E will be an added advantage.
·         Previous experience in working with MCG model and the MCA strategy.
·         Good writing skills.
·         Fluency in Karamojong language.
