Job Title:  Farm Manager (01).

Reports:  Estates Manager

Education: Diploma in agriculture or any other related field, and three years of working experience in a reputable organization.

Duties:
Ensuring that the test farm maintains standards
Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety
Identification and reporting of hazard/danger, accidents and property damage at the workplace
Ensuring the appropriate training and record keeping is undertaken
Ensuring correct use of training and record safety gear/equipment
Plan and allocate feeds using budgeting techniques to achieve production targets
