Job Title:    Programme Leader
Employer: Partnership Africa Canada (PAC)
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Partnership Africa Canada (PAC) is recruiting a Programme Leader to be based in Kampala

Duties:
Liaising and coordinating closely with the ICGLR Secretariat staff and endeavoring to achieve their full involvement in relevant PAC activities
Liaising and nurturing relationships with government officials in the 5 states concerned
Responsible for the capacity building of relevant state actors, private sector actors and representatives of civil society
Develop PAC’s capacity building programme with the direct support and in close coordination with PAC’s Partnerships & Capacity Building Coordinator
Actively contribute directly to PAC’s programme and organizational planning, monitoring and evaluation and reporting, producing financial and narrative reports on a needs basis
Education:  The ideal candidate should preferably hold a university degree in a relevant field.
Experience: At least ten years of relevant work experience including project management, in the Great Lakes region of Africa.
