HR for non-HR managers
Communication
Monitoring and Evaluation
Leadership
Strategic Planning
Interpersonal excellence e.g. Presentation / Public speaking skills, rapport building, coaching , mentoring, guidance and counselling, interpersonal excellence, team problem solving, conflict management, assertiveness.
