Our client is one of the oldest and largest agro-chemical distributing companies which imports, repackages and distributes agro-chemicals in Uganda. lt is also known for top quality products and customer based services in the range of exceptional insecticides, fungicides, bactericides, immune boosters, fertilizers, anti-stress chemicals and a number of selective and non-selective herbicides. Our client is looking to fill the following positions:

POSITION: Accounts Assistants
Overall task: Process payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements. Verify items billed against items ordered and received and reconciles differences through follow-up with the vendor and/or other employees.
Should have: At least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent Two years of administrative support experience, including one year equivalent to an Accounting Assistant, involving posting financial data to ledgers, preparing invoices, billings and for vouchers, reviewing and coding financial information, and maintaining account balances.
