Job Summary: The Service Advisor initiates automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and services requested by customers.

Education:
The ideal candidate for the Spear Motors Service Advisor job placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field

Experience
A minimum of two years’ experience on the service reception
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent complaint handling skills
Knowledge of automotive industry and parts is an added advantage
