Job Title: Regional Coordinator

Duties
Managing program implementation as per agreement with MCF
Take part in selection and recruitment of scholars
 Regular follow up on scholars‘ academic performance and analysis of end of term reports.
 Organize parents support forum at least once a year and ensure 100% parents attendance.
Organize community service trainings for the scholars and workshops for mentor teachers and head teachers
Following up on scholars discipline and make sure they take part in leadership and other program activities.
 Creating and maintaining good relations with all program stakeholders both within and out of the organization.
Reporting & analysis of program initiatives, financial management and accountability of all regional activities

Education
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Education, development studies or relevant humanities.

Experience
4 years’ experience in working with a multi-cultural environment.
Excellent communication, liaison and coordination skills.
