World Vision Uganda is looking for a Community Development Facilitator
Duties:
• The incumbent will mobilize project participants for project activities;
• Take part in the school mapping exercise in preparation for project activities;
• Supervise and monitor ongoing school based project activities;
• Work closely with teachers, community volunteers to identify out of school children;
• Collect school data and update it on a monthly basis to reflect attendance and retention of children
Education: The applicant for the World Vision Community Development Facilitator job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, social science or any related field
Experience: Previous experience at working with pastoral communities is desirable
Knowledge of the local language is desirable (Abim, Kaabong and Kotido)
