Job Title: Senior Officer Child Protection (2 positions)

Location: Uganda
Job Requirements:
• The ideal candidate for the Save the Children Senior Officer Child Protection vacancy should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities or a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of three years of progressive experience in programme development and management with INGOs with specific emphasis on Child Protection programming.
• Ability to speak local language (Yumbe and Kiryandongo) and directly interact with target group will be an added advantage
• Previous experience in all technical areas of logistics operations including procurement, transport/distribution, warehousing, stock, fleet, asset, construction, communications and security management.
• Past exposure and experience of working with local partners and District Local Government in Child Rights Governance, Health, Nutrition, Education, HIV/AIDS or Child Protection is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic planning abilities.
