Level 3: The post holder will have contact with children and/or young people frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they support the country programs and are/or visiting country programs.

Role Purpose:
Reporting to the International Pharmacist, the Job holder will be responsible for dispensing drugs and medical supplies to patients providing appropriate information. To dispense and manage drugs safely. To ensure daily/ weekly consumption reports, stock checks and contribute to supply requests. The role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
Academic back ground, Experience & Person Specifications;
Minimum of a Diploma in Nursing, Pharmacy or relevant field.
Registered dispenser/ nurse/ pharmacist qualified from recognized center.
Experience in dispensing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility, motivation.
Previous experience of NGO work.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Job Title:       Professional & Academic Programmes Executive / Assistant Registrar

Duties:
The Professional & Academic Programmes Executive / Assistant Registrar will mainly coordinate activities related to the Institutes’ professional and academic programs which include mobilising and enrolling students, supervision of lecturers, maintenance of a data base of training activities, follow up of training related dues and payments, overseeing student welfare, E Learning and Distance Learning Program;

Experience
At least two years of related working experience in a training or research environment and/ or financial services organization.

Agility - a readiness to adapt to the needs and dynamics of training in the financial services industry;
Analytical skills – ability to champion the development of high quality and relevant programs;

Job Title:      Procurement Officer

Duties:
The Procurement Officer will implement all procurement and logistic activities of the Institute

Duties:
