Job Title:       Data Clerk
Employer: Save the Children International
Location: Uganda

Education:
The ideal candidate for the Save the Children Data Clerk job opportunity should hold a Diploma in Statistics or relevant field.

Experience
Previous experience in Health Information Systems support to an NGO or equivalent (Ministry of Health NHIS) at health service delivery level
Excellent IT knowledge - specifically in excel.
Prior experience and skills in data management and analysis.
Ability to proactively identify and address issues.
Excellent communication skills, with good written and spoken English.
Previous experience in establishing strong working relationships with colleagues from different functions and cultures.
Highly flexible approach to managing and prioritizing a high workload and multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
Respects confidentiality and complies with data protection guidelines.
Prior exposure and experience working with local partners and District Local Government in Child Rights Governance, Health, Nutrition, Education, HIV/AIDS or Child Protection is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical skills and strategic planning abilities.
Ability to establish and maintain conducive collegial relations and perform effectively as a member of a team.
