Job Title: Marketing Supervisor
Employer: Itel
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Duties:
Tasked with formulating the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives e.g. brand planning - Build Brand Efficacy by ensuring accurate and consistent representation and use of the brand internally and externally.
Coordinating marketing campaigns both offline and online. Product promotions, brand positioning, product activations, advertising, shop layouts, roadshows, product launches etc.
Managing the company’s marketing budget. Development of budget allocation plans, promotion plans and supervision of its implementation.
Guiding and supervising the establishment of displays in shops, enhance brand terminal counters and ensure POSM display area standards are maintained.
Education:
The applicant for the Itel Marketing Supervisor job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a business- related course
Experience
A minimum of three to four years’ experience in Sales & marketing department of an mobile phone/ Telecom company
Strong analytical, negotiation and time management skills.
Outgoing& confident personality with a degree of initiative, creativity and good judgment
