Job Title:        Management Accountant
Employer: Adritex (U) Limited
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Duties:
Develop, periodically review, update and ensure consistent adherence to business internal control policies and procedures and their effectiveness across the organization.
Co-ordinate and ensure smooth statutory Audit exercise by providing necessary schedules & reconciliations; contact with staff required by the Auditors & compilation of management response to Audit Findings.
In charge of tax planning and management and its subsidiaries and manage the relations with Uganda Revenue Authority
Ensure the integrity of Finance Systems and chart of accounts though constant review & updates.
Manage payments processing and controls for suppliers and staff.


Education:
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or Economics or any relevant Degree.
Professional Membership (ACCA, CPA, CMA)

Experience
A minimum of five to eight years of working experience in a busy organization with in-depth knowledge of controls framework and tax management.
Knowledge of Uganda tax laws.
