Humanitarian Initiative Just Relief Aid (HIJRA) is recruiting a Reception Manager

Duties :  
·         Establish and ensure a transparent system of management including the coordination of services and other activities in the camp.
·         In charge of the mobilization and the participation of the beneficiaries on matters affecting them.
·         Supervise and maintain the infrastructure of the camps.
·         Set-up an information management system in the camps, including the collection and the supply of data and the transparent sharing of the information.
·         Follow-up the supply of services in the camps according to HIJRA’s policies and procedures.
·         Organize and execute, and or oversee the follow-up of the recording of the population of the camps, update the data of the population of the camps.


Education: The ideal candidate for the HIJRA Reception Manager job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Works and Social Administration, Public Administration or Economics or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of four years’ experience in a similar position and humanitarian work and NGOs
