Job Title:              Program Development Manager
Employer: Q-Sourcing Limited
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Responsibilities:
•         The incumbent will design and facilitate in-house events (e.g. workshops, away days) as required.
•         Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
•         Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization
•         Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program
•         Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support programs
•         Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
•         The applicant should preferably hold a graduate Degree in Business Statistics, Economics and any other related field
•         Three years of experience in the field.
•         Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is desirable along with extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
•         A wide degree of creativity is expected.
•         Business management with IT and modeling skills
•         Knowledge of program development
•         Knowledge of client groups and/or issues related to the program area
