Job Title:         Account Supervisor- Medical
Employer: Clarkson Insurance Brokers Ltd
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Duties:  
Responsible for performance and growth of the Medical unit through business retention and organic growth of current business
Benchmark market activities and trends in medical insurance
Follow-up new business leads to achieve business unit targets
Manage and enhance relationships with clients to achieve high customer service standards including handling and resolving of customer issues.
The incumbent will also customize insurance programs to suit individual clients covering a variety of risks.
Tasked with the preparation of departmental budgetary estimates and monthly management reports

Responsible for analysis of quotations received from Insurance Companies and make appropriate amendments/recommendations before presenting to clients.

Education

Experience
Possession of a Diploma in insurance or its equivalent
A minimum of five years of practical experience in Insurance Industry

Job Title:    Online Editor

Duties:
Tasked with checking and correcting selected editorial copy, headlines and captions for facts, accuracy, taste, house-style, language use, clarity, balance to conform to Editorial policy.
Coordinate NTV’s journalism on social media. This may include a combination of content drawn from newspapers, websites or audience and require a promotion of stories that pose debate
Keenly track comments about NTVU’s journalism on blogs, websites, and social media, for trends, ideas and issues of importance, and to translate these into stories and draw insights to guide Producers

Duties:
