 Job Title:        Estates and Operations Coordinator
Employer: BetIn Uganda (SMS2BET)
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Duties:
The Estates and Operations Coordinator will support BetIn Uganda and the Agent’s shop renovations to ensure that they are compliant with the BetIn Uganda Standards. And also ensure maintenance of the flagship shops.
Ensure that all stores are equipped and staffed correctly at all times and also determines the retail and store product range. (oversee and verify quarterly labor and store expenses)
Carry out Agent project follow-ups to ensure that the shop set up is run according to the Betin Standards and that the Agents meet deadlines for these projects in the agreed time-lines.
Responsible for maintaining the implementation of new retail products including staff and customer training.
The jobholder will also eensure compliance with the Betin brand and products through carrying out routine visits in the Agent Shops to maintain the acceptable standards set.
Provide employee operation manuals to store managers and help to provide employee training when necessary.
Accurately estimate the needs of each store based on the daily workflow and its output.
Be responsible for the visual merchandising in retail, by ensuring that the presentation of a store and its merchandise is set up aesthetically and artistically for potential customers.


Education:
The ideal candidate for the BetIn Uganda Estates and Operations Coordinator job placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.

Experience
One year of experience in project management or property management.
Willingness to work in any part of the country.
Ability to drive an automobile is an added advantage.
Basic IT knowledge.
